It is proof that the old guys in our club were young(er) at one time.

On March 11, 1994, the Lawrenceburg Rotary Club moved its meeting location to a permanent facility at Lawrenceburg Rotary Park.  The space became available as a result of a contractual agreement between the Rotary Club and the City of Lawrenceburg when the Bud Webb Memorial Gymnasium and associated Community Center buildings were constructed.

Funding for these buildings was provided through a Federal Block Grant which required that construction include space for the Lawrence County Skills center.  The Rotary Club provided most if not all of the matching money needed to apply for the grant and the city agreed that the Rotary Club would have the right to occupy the Skills Center space if it were to become available.  In the 1990's, the Skills Center outgrew the available space.  Rotarian Jim Jenkins was a member of the Skills Center Board of Directors, chairman of the Rotary Park committee, and member of the club's board of directors. Working with Skills Center director Ray Farris (who was also a Rotarian), Jim assisted the Skills Center in procuring and relocating its operation to a larger facility.  This made the space available for occupancy by the Lawrenceburg Rotary Club.

The club performed a complete makeover of the space at a cost of approximately $70,000. Restrooms were renovated, walls were removed, and a kitchen area was added with food warming and clean up capabilities. Furniture including tables, chairs, podium, trophy cases, and AV facilities were added and the space was configured into a meeting area capable of handling approximately  120 attendees. Primarily used as the weekly meeting location for the Rotary Club, the space is also available for use by Interact and other Rotary affiliated organizations.

In 1997, the meeting space was named Beasley Hall in honor of Rotarian and long time Fair Manager John N. Beasley (deceased).
